Refund & Returns Policy

At SkillShareAcademy.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our courses and services. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are limited to specific circumstances outlined below. By purchasing a course or participating in our affiliate program, you agree to this policy.


1. Digital Product Nature

  • All courses are digital downloads or streamed content; no physical products are shipped.

  • Once a course is purchased and accessed, refunds may only be granted under eligible conditions (Section 2).


2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

a. Technical Issues

If you cannot access or use a course due to technical errors caused by our platform, we will:

  • Resolve the issue within 48 hours.

  • If unresolved, issue a full refund.

b. Course Misrepresentation

If a course materially differs from its description, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

  • Provide evidence of the discrepancy (e.g., screenshots, details).

c. Duplicate Purchase

Accidental duplicate purchases may be refunded if reported within 3 days.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after accessing course content.

  • Failure to complete the course or meet personal expectations.

  • Expired refund request windows (see Section 2).

  • Issues caused by user devices, internet connectivity, or third-party tools.


4. How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, course name, and reason for the request.

  3. Review Process: We will respond within 3–5 business days.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds may also be offered as course credit at our discretion.


6. Affiliate Program & Refunds

  • If a referred customer receives a refund, the affiliate forfeits the commission for that sale.

  • Chargebacks or fraudulent referrals may result in affiliate account suspension.


7. Chargebacks

  • Disputing charges via your bank/credit card provider (chargebacks) without contacting us first may result in:

    • Permanent account suspension.

    • Legal action to recover dispute fees.
